When we took a look at the BestEssayHelp.com homepage, we found a couple of red flags. First, they do not have a “services” page that allows students to find out what they provide. While they certainly are not the only company that lacks such a page, at least most of them have a price calculator on their homepage that allows you to find out. However, in order to discover what BestEssayHelp.com can do, you have to go through all of the tedious steps of creating an account and providing your contact information. Visitors to the website would undoubtedly find it frustrating. We undertook all of the steps and discovered that they offer most types of academic writing as well as editing/proofreading services.
In order to gauge the quality of their services, we bought one of their custom papers and report our findings to you. We requested a college essay on the topic of health and medicine in a nursing class. These were the details: 4 pages (double spaced) with a 7-day deadline. We also asked for an American writer.

The processing of ordering is hassle-free. Quality
If you had high hopes in BestEssayHelp.com, you will be disappointed to learn that they do not follow their own guarantees. For instance, in spite of their assurances, our writer was definitely not an American. In fact, he/she was not even a good writer by ESL standards. The paper contained grammar mistakes that were completely unacceptable, including not knowing verb/pronoun agreement rules that a second grader knows. We asked for APA formatting, but they could not even manage to follow those basic guidelines.
Customer Support
There are several different ways in which you can reach the customer support team including email, phone (but only if you are a North American customer), and live chat. It took a while for us to get a response when we used live chat, but at least the customer support team was friendly and professional once we did get ahold of them.
Online reputation
We looked at the reviews on the BestEssayHelp.com website and noticed that they do not even contain any of the basic details about the assignment. We also had no idea when the reviews were written since they do not include dates. In essence, they are completely useless as an indicator of the company’s success.
We found more credible reviews when we searched for third party websites. The results are fairly mixed. Some customers reported that they were happy with their paper whereas others complained that their papers had not been proofread. Plagiarism also seems to be a widespread problem even though they supposedly check each paper using plagiarism detection tools.
